Pokémon Elite Committee, or PEC, is a Pokémon roleplay for anyone, no matter how literate. We're friendly and helpfull, and above all, have fun. We don't care about things like where you're from or how long you've been roleplaying; all we want is for you to have fun. Just read the rules, create a character and start roleplaying! For years, Pokémon have walked the earth. Whether as pets, friends, playmates or loyal partners in battle, they have throughout history been linked with humans. Ever since there have been people, there have been Pokémon. As far as anyone can remember, humans have always walked the earth alongside Pokémon as trainers as they fight to become the best. Battle and power runs through every Pokémon's veins.
